I just wanted to send you a quick email to say a massive thanks for all the help you gave us with EuropaCat!   The quaichs and the decanter sets were a huge hit and everyone commented on how impressive they were and were genuinely delighted to receive them (there was a lot of envy let me tell you).   The effort you made to get the additional quaich was above and beyond and I really appreciated it (as did the organisers).   I’m already thinking about new things we can look at for CVSO so will no doubt be in touch very soon and you can rest assured we will be pushing all of our organisers your way!
